Privacy Policy

SEOlith LLC (“SEOlith”, “we”, “us”) — Omnifield platform (omnifield.ai). Effective date: July 9, 2026.

This policy describes how SEOlith collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Omnifield platform — a client SEO dashboard and operations portal for local service businesses.

Information we collect

How we use information

We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text-message program

Omnifield can send transactional account-notification texts — for example new-lead alerts, missed-call alerts, replies to your support requests, and up/down status alerts for websites your business monitors. Participation is optional and off by default: you opt in when your mobile number is entered and SMS alerts are enabled inside the authenticated app — either by you directly or by your organization's administrator with your consent — and you can opt out at any time. The first text sent to a newly enrolled number is an opt-in confirmation, and each enrollment is recorded (number, enrolling user, timestamp) in our audit log. See the SMS Program & Opt-In Workflow page for the full workflow.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting and message delivery providers), under confidentiality obligations; with the integrations you explicitly connect; or when required by law. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any third-party sharing as stated above.

Retention & security

We retain account and business data while your organization has an active account, then delete or anonymize it within a commercially reasonable period. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-restricted and audited.

Your choices

You may access or correct your account information in the app, disable SMS alerts at any time (in the app or by replying STOP), or contact us to request deletion of your personal information.
