Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Omnifield platform, a client SEO dashboard and operations portal provided by SEOlith LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
The service
Omnifield provides dashboards, reporting, recommendations, alerting, and workflow tools built on data from your business's online presence and the third-party systems you choose to connect (for example Google Business Profile, Google Analytics/Search Console, or field-service software). Feature availability may depend on your subscription tier.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
- Accounts are provisioned per organization (workspace); administrators control who in their organization has access.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other organizations' data, probing or disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to violate any applicable law (including telemarketing and messaging regulations).
Text-message (SMS) notifications
Optional, off by default. If you enable SMS alerts — or your organization's administrator enrolls your number with your consent — you consent to receive transactional account-notification texts (e.g., new leads, missed calls, support replies, website status alerts) from SEOlith LLC (Omnifield) at the number provided. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. See the SMS Program & Opt-In Workflow page and the Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled — it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your connected integrations provide. You grant SEOlith the rights needed to operate the service (hosting, processing, displaying, and generating reports from that data). Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid subscriptions are billed per the plan and billing cycle agreed with SEOlith. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Search-engine results, review platforms, and connected third-party services are outside our control; we do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, rankings, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOlith's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; either party may terminate per the applicable service agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we will delete or return customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
